Kevin grew up in Oswestry and went to Croeswylan School (now the Marches) before winning a scholarship to attend Oswestry to study his A levels. He remembers being in the school band, The Sunday School Trip, and played drums (which he still does!).

Now a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, Kevin has a private practice in London, but he also gives talks in schools and businesses about mental wellbeing.

His latest book Everything Begins With Asking for Help is a friendly and valuable self-help resource offering suggestions to help people deal with depression and anxiety, and build a practice of positive habits for mental health.
